Lab Sustainability Metrics

​We are currently looking for motivated students with experience in lab research, energy/ waste management, organizational behaviour, and/or environmental studies. Students will work with professors and university staff to benchmark the environmental and social impacts of McGill university’s research labs. They will build upon previous work to develop a set of metrics that allow for the assessment of a research lab’s sustainability performance. The metrics should asses the labs performance in three main areas: resources, finances, and social impacts.
